note: Becky is really bummed. She keeps getting phone calls from students wanting houses, and she doesn't have any. She has been out shopping for more houses, but they would be ready to rent until Fall (for move in June of 2011 ). If you see any good houses around CC that are for sale, call us. ..gb.

We take good care of the houses and enjoy working with college students.

So, here's the process:

Pick a house (the current tenants are students and will be very happy to show you around their house - it will probably be messy, don't worry we clean them thoroughly every year.)

After your group has picked your house, each of you needs to fill out the application and email it to Becky at Becky20@spamarrest.com. There is a spam filter on this address so please call my cell phone (719-332-3907) to let me know you have filled out applications. Be sure to have at least one reference from Colorado College (not your best friend, boyfriend or roommate) a professor, advisor or RA is a good start.

828 Wahsatch and 418 E Columbia have off street parking
